In 2022, three years of truck lines convinced us it was time for a real dining room. Our Southeast Portland restaurant keeps the same chef-counted, chef-stamped menu, plus a few sit-down-only specials that don’t travel well in a to-go box.

It’s the same butter-forward, carb-free philosophy — just with actual chairs, a full bar, and a patio for Portland’s four sunny weeks a year.
